Refunds & Exchanges

Because our prints are made to order, only products that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a refund or replacement. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing with a clear a photo of your damaged or defective goods, your full name and your order number.

We don't accept refunds or exchanges for customer errors which are out of our control (e.g. if you choose the wrong size print, change your mind or provide the wrong address). Please remember to measure your wall and/or check your frame dimensions before selecting a size.


Only approved returns will be accepted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request return approval and instructions, ensuring you include your full name and order number. Once your return is approved, return products to us within 14 days. Please do not return items directly to the production centre as these facilities cannot accept returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Lost & Stolen Items

Orders lost in transit by the shipping company will be eligible for a free replacement or full refund. Please contact us if your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date.

We can't be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to your address. In the case you cannot be home or provide a secure delivery address (e.g. a workplace), we recommend opting to pick your package up from one of the shipping company's outlets.
