Trade Account Application

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE

By submitting the below application, you agree to be bound by the following terms of trade.

TRADE APPLICATION PROCESS:

Trade applications can be submitted via the below form. Upon approval, you will be sent an email with a link to activate your online account and a unique discount code which is only valid when logged into your trade account. Most approvals are processed within 48 hours.

ORDER MINIMUMS:

You must make your first purchase within 30 days or your trade account access may be revoked. At least 10 products must be purchased per year for your trade account to remain open (these can be purchased in a single transaction or in multiple transactions throughout the year).

DISCOUNTS & PRICING:

You must be logged into your trade account and use your discount code at checkout to redeem the full trade discount. Approved trade accounts receive a minimum 20% discount on all products. Your trade discount can be redeemed at checkout and can be applied on top of other regular sales events (but cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes).

PAYMENT & INVOICING:

Payment must be received prior to dispatch and is payable at checkout via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Direct deposit is available upon request (Australian businesses only). You will receive a standard tax receipt by email after purchase – please contact us should you require a more detailed receipt/invoice.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY:

All prints are made to order and usually dispatch within 1-3 business days. Large or complex orders may experience production delays or be shipped in multiple batches. All shipping times are estimates and carrier delays may occur due to high demand or extreme weather. If you have a specific delivery date requirement, please email us prior to placing an order to find out if we can meet your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: Once an order goes into production, no changes or cancellations can be accepted. Once placed, orders usually go into production within 24 hours.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

All orders are bound by our Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

All artwork sold by TemproDesign remains the intellectual property of us and/or our licensors. You may not reproduce, in any format, any artwork sold on this website.
