Trade Account Application
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE
Upon approval of your trade account, you will be sent an email with a link to activate your online account and a unique discount code which is only valid when logged into your account.
You must make your first purchase within 60 days or your trade account access will be revoked. At least 10 products must be purchased per year for your trade account to remain open (these can be purchased in a single transaction or in multiple transactions throughout the year).
DISCOUNTS & PRICING:
You will be issued with a unique discount code that can only be used when logged into your trade account. Approved trade accounts receive a minimum 20% discount on all products. Your trade discount can be used at checkout and can be applied on top of other sales discounts (but cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes).
PAYMENT & INVOICING:
Payment must be received prior to dispatch and is payable at checkout via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Direct deposit is available upon request (Australian businesses only). You will receive a standard tax receipt by email after purchase – please contact us should you require a more detailed invoice.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY:
All prints are made to order and usually dispatch within 1-3 business days. Large or complex orders may experience production delays or be shipped in multiple batches. All shipping times are estimates and carrier delays may occur due to high demand or extreme weather. If you have a specific delivery date requirement, please email us prior to placing an order to find out if we can meet your needs.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order goes into production, no changes or cancellations can be accepted. Orders usually go into production within 4-12 hours.
