Orders placed during our Mid Year Sale may take longer than usual to arrive due to high demand and longer than usual shipping times.

How long does shipping take?

Each time you place an order with us, your poster or canvas is printed especially for you. Most orders are printed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Current estimated delivery times are listed below:

Are your shipping times guaranteed? 

Our shipping times are estimates only. While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery dates, bad weather and carrier delays can happen. Please contact us before placing an order if you have a specific delivery date requirement.

Do I get tracking info?

Yes, once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking info via email. This usually happens within 2-3 business days but could take up to 5 business days. If you created an account during checkout, tracking is also available at any time by logging into your account

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders! Priority shipping is available for some orders for an additional fee.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use a variety of shipping carriers and couriers, who may also transfer your parcel to a local postal service to complete delivery. Carriers we use include Australia Post, DHL, USPS, UPS and FedEx. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on your location, your chosen delivery speed and the type of order.  

Do I need to be home to accept packages?

While no signature is required on delivery in most cases, we strongly recommended customers track their package regularly and arrange to be at home to take delivery in person. In the case you cannot be home or provide a secure delivery address (e.g. a workplace), we recommend opting to pick your package up from one of the shipping company's outlets. We can't be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to your address.

Where are items shipped from?

Our printing and delivery partners have facilities in Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, Singapore, the United States, and the United Kingdom, so in most cases your print is manufactured locally and shipped to you with the lowest possible carbon footprint. We always use the closest location available to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Do you ship to PO boxes or virtual addresses?

Please check with your local post office to find out whether they can accept packages addressed to your PO box or virtual address. We can't be held responsible for any packages that are rejected or where you are charged a fee for re-direction to another address. Unfortunately, we are unable to hand over packages to your own re-shipping service provider so please provide a valid residential or business address to ensure your shipment is not delayed.
