Posters & Canvas Prints
Giclee is a fine art print made using a wide-format ink jet printer, vibrant inks and super high resolution source files. The quality of a giclee print is superior to other forms of printing and is the industry standard for art prints. Our prints are printed on a premium matte paper that is thick and durable. Please note, all art prints are shipped to you without a frame unless you add a frame to your order.
A canvas print is artwork or a photographic image printed onto canvas, which is stretched around an internal frame. Our canvas prints are ready to hang with sawtooth hanger hardware included and don't require the purchase of an additional frame.
Yes, you can add a frame to your order by selecting an option from the Add a Frame link in our website menu. Frames come ready to hang with your chosen print already mounted in the frame.

Each time you place an order with us, your poster or canvas is printed especially for you. Most orders are fulfilled and dispatched within 3 business days.

If you already have a frame, you should purchase a size that matches the listed frame size. If your frame has a mount/matboard, you should choose a size that will fit the opening size of the mount/matboard. If you don't already have a frame, it can help to search for frames in your area before deciding on a print size. This is because the availability of different frame sizes varies by country. Also remember to measure your wall to ensure a good fit before selecting a poster print or canvas print.

Yes, both posters and canvas prints can be produced in a range of custom sizes by request. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
Yes! Some of our prints already have borders (as mentioned in the item description), but if your print doesn't include one and you'd like to add a border, please contact us.
Art Prints
Our smallest print size is flat packed in a sturdy box. All other print sizes are rolled into a poster tube to ensure they aren't bent or damaged during transit. For prints that are rolled, simply sit a flat heavy object on the corners (such as a book) and they will flatten out after a few hours.
Framed Prints
Frames have a protective film over the plexiglass and your chosen print already mounted inside. Frames are packed in boxes with reinforced corners and I-beams to protect the frame during transit.
Canvas Prints
Canvas prints are covered in a protective wrap and packed in boxes with reinforced edges to protect the canvas from damage.
Shipping & Delivery
Each time you place an order with us, your poster or canvas is printed especially for you. Most orders are printed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Yes, once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking info via email. This usually happens within 2-3 business days but could take up to 5 business days. You can also opt to have tracking updates sent via text message after checking out. If you created an account during checkout, tracking is also available at any time by logging into your account.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders! Priority shipping is available for some orders for an additional fee. If priority shipping is available for your order, you will be able to select it during checkout.

Our printing and delivery partners have facilities in Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom, so in most cases your print is manufactured locally and shipped to you with the lowest possible carbon footprint. We always use the closest location available to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Yes, priority shipping is available for most orders. If your order is eligible for priority shipping, this option will be available during checkout. If priority shipping is not available and you have an urgent requirement, please contact us before placing an order to check current delivery times.
Please check with your local post office to find out whether they can accept packages addressed to your PO box or virtual address. We can't be held responsible for any packages that are rejected or where you are charged a fee for re-direction to another address. Unfortunately, we are unable to hand over packages to your own re-shipping service provider so please provide a valid residential or business address to ensure your shipment is not delayed.
While no signature is required on delivery in most cases, we strongly recommended customers track their package regularly and arrange to be at home to take delivery in person. In the case you cannot be home or provide a secure delivery address (e.g. a workplace), we recommend opting to pick your package up from one of the shipping company's outlets. We can't be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to your address.
All orders are shipped with tracking info, you can check the status of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email we sent you. If you can't find your tracking info, please contact us so we can re-send it to you. In the rare case your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will dispatch a free replacement right away.
Unfortunately, shipping insurance doesn't cover packages that are lost or stolen after being successfully delivered to your address, and these orders are not eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend opting to pick your package up from one of the shipping company's outlets if you can't provide a secure delivery address or arrange to be home to take delivery in person.
Refunds & Exchanges
Because our prints are made to order, only products that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a refund or replacement. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@temprodesign.com with a clear a photo of your damaged or defective goods, your full name, and your order number.
We don't accept returns or exchanges for customer errors which are out of our control (e.g. if you choose the wrong size print, change your mind or provide the wrong address). Please remember to measure your wall and/or check your frame dimensions before selecting a size.

Only approved returns will be accepted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request return approval and instructions, ensuring you include your full name and order number. Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer as these facilities cannot accept returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can dispatch a free replacement or issue you with a refund.
Orders & Payments
Yes, you can usually change or cancel your order up until it has gone into print production. This usually happens within a few hours, so please contact us as soon as possible, ensuring you quote your order number and full name. Unfortunately, we can't change or cancel orders after they have gone into production.
If you have accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible, providing your updated shipping address, full name, and order number. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after an order is placed. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact the shipping company directly to divert your package to an alternative address or arrange pickup from one of the shipping company's outlets.

Yes, you can split the cost of your purchase across 4 interest-free payments when you checkout with PayPal. Simply sign in or sign up with PayPal at checkout and choose the "Pay in 4" option.
